As the sole Designer of the Home Improvement division, I created designs for many areas of the home, in a variety of styles as unique as our clients. I juggled projects amongst 5+ salespeople in our division, as well as helped our Design/Build/Remodel side at our various locations (Seattle, Bend & Portland). Working with a high volume of projects has honed my skills of time management/efficiency with design development.
LAKE OSWEGO - Interior & Exterior Remodel
Program: Chief Architect
The scope of this project includes: the Kitchen, Living Room, Office, Guest Bath, Master Bath, Water Closet, Master Walk-in Closet & Deck. I provided drafting and rendering services, lead client presentations, selected materials and F,F & E, wrote extensive specs, prepared and sent bid requests, and designed & quoted cabinetry using Crystal cabinets.

Program: Chief Architect
The scope of this project includes: the Kitchen & Master bedroom. I provided drafting and rendering services, lead client presentations, selected materials and F,F & E, wrote specs, prepared and sent bid requests, assisted in project management, and designed & quoted cabinetry using Canyon Creek cabinets. I staged the kitchen for a few progress photos.

GRESHAM - Accessible Kitchen and Entry Remodel
Program: Chief Architect
The scope of this project includes: the Kitchen & Entry/walkway. I provided drafting and rendering services, lead client presentations, selected materials and F,F & E, wrote specs, prepared and sent bid requests, assisted in project management, and designed & quoted cabinetry using Crystal cabinets. This is a life-changing project for our clients who both have limited mobility. Their existing kitchen was not accessible and didn't allow our clients to turn around in the space. This really was a feel-good project.
